THE BRIEF

Café Bateel was ready to unveil its largest and most prestigious Café and Boutique in the GCC at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh.

Positioned at the heart of Saudi Arabia’s premier business hub, this 500-square-metre flagship venue marked a significant milestone in the brand’s regional growth.

Our role was to strategically launch this landmark venue to media, influencers, and VIPs, showcasing Bateel’s unparalleled dining and retail experience while aligning the opening with its heritage as a Saudi-born brand.

THE DELIVERY

To meet the brief, we developed and executed a comprehensive launch strategy, ensuring maximum impact across traditional and digital platforms:

Media Relations:
A tailored press release was crafted and distributed to leading media outlets across the UAE and KSA, spotlighting the launch of the venue, its alignment with KAFD’s dynamic ecosystem, and its importance to Bateel’s growth strategy.

Launch Event:
The grand opening event was inaugurated in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, underscoring the venue’s importance as a key milestone for both Bateel and the Kingdom. Co-hosted by prominent influencer Hala Al Harithy, the event generated significant buzz and ensured broad media attendance.
