Biolite Aesthetic Clinic

THE BRIEF

Biolite is Dubai’s premier awarded clinic, based in Dubai since 2007 and in the UK since 2002. The clinic offers plastic surgery, specialist clinical and aesthetic dermatology, laser hair removal/ellipse IPL, anti-ageing, and skin tightening, including FDA-approved Ultherapy, to name but a few. We were tasked with promoting the host of existing services as well as launching aesthetic treatments for men and women in the elegant urban Dubai clinic. Our work was to execute on an ongoing basis to increase footfall and foster brand love.

THE DELIVERY

To deliver on the brief we had to do our research: Who is our audience? How do we reach them? And most importantly how do we create attention-worthy moments to convert them into customers? We analyzed our market research and prepared a critical path strategy, which was broken down into three prongs – tactical media and influencer relations, high-level strategic partnerships with regional resonance, and social engagement and activations.

THE OUTCOME

We amplified Biolite’s communication foundations via community social outreach. We jumped on current events and reacted to live social content to create inspiring, surprising and delightful brand experiences. For example, we executed strategic partnerships with notable aesthetic experts trending on social platforms. Names included the likes of Su-Man, who is highly regarded for her Signature facial; a legendary blend of her unique expertise in dance, Shiatsu, pilates and oriental facial massage, which is loved by beauty editors, celebrities and legions of fans across the world. They hail it as a ‘facelift in an hour’ and ‘the natural alternative to Botox’.

We invited Su-Man to Biolite to collaborate over a two-week period twice a year and identified and engaged with a diversified set of tier-A media and regional ambassadors, focused by country. This allowed us to forge new bonds and reignite existing ones that not only elevated brand awareness but fostered further brand love and delivered commercial leverage. Through collaborations such as this Biolite continually became the most talked about clinic in the city in media and on social, which offered the very best services and experts, and thus its notoriety for a diversified and unparalleled offering was cemented.
