THE BRIEF
Bateel was ready for a bold announcement. Our job was to hit home the brand’s prestigious standing with the opening of its first flagship boutique in Fayfa Avenue, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Together with the client, we set objectives that allowed us to grow brand visibility, drive conversion and cement Bateel as a pioneer in the regional and global luxury food industry.
THE DELIVERY
To meet the brief, we created a robust launch strategy encompassing tactical media relations via an announcement press releases, influencer engagement, media reviews, as well as an exclusive preview event given the nature of the audience in KSA and their preference for bespoke and private experiences.
In the leadup to the launch, a press release announcing Bateel’s Saudi Arabia expansion was shared with key consumer and trade media titles in the region.
Following the announcement, the focus shifted towards planning and executing the reveal of the boutique in Jeddah which was well attended by top-tier media, influencers and KOLs.
An ongoing tactic from our end was to consistently host media and influencers to review the boutique and cover it on print, online and social media platforms in order to sustain a constant drumbeat of coverage.
