THE BRIEF

Saudi Arabian furniture brand, Aura, wanted to connect with customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. With stores closed and customers stuck at home, we were limited in how we can forge connections with our audience while remaining authentic to our brand’s identity.

THE DELIVERY

Atteline and the brand worked together to create DIY kits using plain white dellahs from the collection and paint kits for personalisation, a product that would keep our customers entertained while quarantined at home, some of which with families to entertain. We launched the painting activities kits, sold through Instagram and WhatsApp while stores were closed, and donated the proceeds to the WHO COVID Response Fund. This allowed us to stay true to our brand identity, increase brand love and brand trust, and ultimately support the businesses’ bottom lines.

THE OUTCOME

Build brand awareness – With a total circulation of over 21 million, we got our brand in front of new audiences. We saw a total PR value of over $2 million in less than one month.

Manage brand reputation – Through 100% key message penetration in our coverage, our brand messaging was positive and accurate.
